Blessed Performance

This team is great, I appreciate their help with tunes/ parts and amazing quick turn around on new order things... It makes it too easy to spend my money here!!! Customer service has been great with quick questions and getting me answers about certain upgrades...

I go by Todd (middle name), i just want to give a big thumbs up to Blessedperformance. 2007 F350 6.0 powerstroke. Upgraded my 5th wheel, towing heavy but within all capabilities. I live in AZ, very steep grades, 7 or 8% so I have been fighting EGT'S. Between my great diesel mechanic and the advice of BP, made some upgrades and the icing on top was their ecobeast tow tune. I can go on forever, but a grade before mods and tune had to slow to around 25mph, same grade now, 45mph! Thanks guys, next upgrade your intercooler and pipes!

Hands down the best 6.0 powerstroke tunes. I have been fighting with a heavy smoking (rolling coal) issue for 2yrs. 155/0 WD injectors, KC Jetfire turbo, Bullet Proof Diesel EGR cooler. WD tunes smoked horrible when towing our 12k camper. Other tunes where better, but still smoked. I called Blessed, told them my issues and what they responded with was nothing less the phenomenal. No more black dually fender (truck is red), better mileage, and more usable power. A 4500 mile trip towing 7k resulted in an overall average 16.4 might. Not bad IMO on a 239k stock 6.0. 2006 model. Thank you Blessed Performance. What you did for me was beyond amazing. You now have a customer for life!!!!

I’m a little disappointed in the customer service as I feel they either didn’t actually look into the issue since they didn’t initially ask specifically what item was missing or the last person to respond didn’t look into the issue and just gave a generic response. I did call in yesterday and the woman seemed quick to get me off the phone. Said she couldn’t see the email chain over the last 3 months and also didn’t ask specifically what item was missing. I find it odd she couldn’t see the emails but did say she emailed another person about it and would get back to me but didn’t take any of my contact information. Mind you this is all over a $20 hat. I don’t even care about the hat at this point but I’m annoyed after following up for 3 months to be told it was sent some time ago that I’m no

Talked to the guys at blessed about my truck many times and the response was awesome. Always tried to help and never treated me like an idiot. It is a pleasure to do business with them.
