Bloomsbury at Hayes Barton Place

My mom moved in the the assisted living facility when it opened in June 2025. Her room and the overall accommodations are very nice. The direct care staff are friendly and provide excellent care. Food is also very good. Our biggest problem as been multiple price increases including a level of care re-assessment after 30 days which increased monthly cost by nearly $2000. This was after a thorough assessment prior to moving in. In addition, the facility has increased my mom's rates on both level of care and base rate after the new year, resulting in an additional $2000/mo. I understand costs associated with caring for our loved ones, but had we known that our "rent" would increase by $4000/ mo in just 6 months, we would have certainly looked at alternative options.
