We placed a deposit on our Airliner Ranger 12 on saturday tw11/8 and Jeremy was our sales rep. Jeremy was very nice and thorough in helping us. Brittney, Andrew and Clayton were more than a pleasure to work with at Blue Compass. We went to pick up our camper after having warranty work completed. As always there were a few little things that needed to be touched up. Brittney and Andrew jumped right in and made the few adjustments. On Saturday January 31st I made a deal with the Surprise Blue compass to buy a used Genesis 24RBS which was at the Mesa store. I received a signed buyer agreement by the GM agreeing to the deal. I went to Mesa to view the unit and then on my way to the Surprise store, the Surprise GM Anthony tells me he has to back out of the deal as his boss said no. Keep in mind this was after taking my $1000 deposit and agreeing to the deal. I raised hell and was told the Mesa store would honor it. So I drove all the way back to Mesa and they begrudgingly made the deal. Fast forward to today, February 9. I show up to do my inspection of the new unit and bring my trade in.
