I had an excellent experience at Blue Flame Tire Shop on Capital Blvd in Raleigh. I came in with a flat tire that had a bolt stuck in it, and they took care of it right away. The repair was done fast, efficiently, and at a very reasonable price. Before going, I consultes a friend who recommended them and they were absolutely right — this place delivers great service. The staff was professional, straightforward, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. It’s hard to find honest, reliable tire service these days, but Blue Flame really impressed me. Highly recommend if you need quick, affordable tire repair on Capital Blvd!

Blue Flame was absolutely amazing! The front office staff was incredible—friendly, professional, and very helpful from start to finish. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and the service was completed faster than expected. On top of that, the pricing was very affordable with no surprises. I highly recommend Blue Flame and will definitely be using them again!

I've been coming here for more than a decade to this location and the capitol blvd spot. This is honest work at reasonable prices. Good people. I've gotten 15+ used tires and they always passed inspection, and always lasted longer than a $20 tire should.

Needed a quick repair, I was out of town and hit a curb. I thought that I needed a new tire and was recommended to Blue Flame by the personnel at Sam’s Club. They had a tire but once tested the told me it wasn’t good. They tested my tire and told me that I would be fine on my drive home. I made it home safely and they did not charge me a penny. Very grateful that there are still honest service persons. They were extremely quick…and they did not charge me a dime!

Zero star after the 4 new tires and alignment done at this place. Service done on 11/6. I’ve been coming to do tired here before but this was bad. Won’t be coming back at all. Before we decided to get 4 brand new tires we asked making sure for alignment Also. We left the place with wrong odometer reading from 171k to 289k! The alignment is not within the green range and they said that’s fine. We got it done because we want to be in the green range. Today 11/8, They said they will refund the alignment or add more money to have the shims done which they didn’t let us know then. After decided we’ll take the refund and just won’t come back here they decided to test drive. He test drive for 45-60mph only. But he lied he told everyone that he drove 80mph but while I was in the car I even showed
