I’m a long-time customer who has watched this shop change under new ownership, and the decline is hard to ignore. The operation now appears to rely on a very small group of experienced technicians to carry an increasingly unstable workforce. Errors are routinely corrected by the same people, productivity is concentrated in a few hands, and the business continues to profit because of that imbalance—not because it has been fixed. What stands out most is the widening gap between how the business is doing and how the people doing the work appear to be treated. While the shop expands, remodels, and presents itself as thriving, there is visible burnout, constant turnover, and little indication that long-term skill, loyalty, or institutional knowledge are being valued in meaningful ways. My husband bought a new F-150 from Lithia Ford. We wanted the bed liner sprayed and Lithia took it to Blue Ribbon for us. We were amazed at the workmanship and how much better the whole truck looks now- at a reasonable price. Thanks Lithia and Blue Ribbon!

Had a great experience here. Just had an issue with my door latch causing the door not to close. They were able to temporarily fix the issue the same morning so that I could use the vehicle while waiting for the part to come in. Once the part came in, again had the vehicle back before noon the same day. This of course was a small job for them, but I appreciate that they didn’t try to gauge me for something simple. Charged me less than other shops quoted me just to look at it, not even accounting for the work or part. I wish more businesses acted like this. If I ever need body work, they’ve certainly earned my business
