Not only did I pay $100 for an alignment which was not done or if it was done it wasnt done well. I also specifically asked for my Lugnuts to be checked because I had suffered a double blowout on my drivers side. I honestly don’t believe that they even touched my tires as I had specifically requested that my Lugnuts be checked yet no lug nuts were touched. Upon calling to inquire about more information regarding the worsening of my cars performance one day later, I was hung up on by the secretary because when I told her I specifically asked for my Lugnuts to be checked, and it was not done I guess hanging up was easier: Might wanna have some mechanical knowledge or be able to do your own tires if you visit this establishment because they will lie to you and then hang up on you when you ca

Will charge you $100+ for a simple 20 minute diagnostic. You can get a diagnostic tool like they used from amazon for like $40. They wont tell you upfront and theyve done this to my family, money hungry

Scheduled an appt last week for a check up, thats all, and when i arrive the employee at the desk acted as if they couldn’t find where it was written down after repeatedly asking what I was there for, i kept giving him my name because i didn't feel like explaining everything in that moment but it really wasn't too big of a deal, just annoying, then he tells me they're busy so it'll be a little wait which was also just annoying, nothing crazy, stuff happens, they finally get to check my car out and instead of asking, they go ahead and fix the issue and when i go to get my keys back, the employee at the desk tells me its gonna cost $125 and i tell him i didn’t tell them to work on my car, and he says he can go down to $70, i went ahead and paid it because i felt i had no choice, i quite lite

I just love the folks at Blue Ridge Tire and auto. I have had several dealings over the years, with 3 different vehicles, and they have always been conscientious and very fair in their pricing. Whenever I have had questions, they're mechanics are very kind in educating me and they've taken much time for me to fix whatever's wrong. And not charged me for that extra time. They are so fair and honest. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has anything they needed done.
