I absolutely love this car wash! The facility is clean, well-maintained, and very easy to use. Even though it is self-service, the customer support here is exceptional. The staff truly go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle looks its best. Trenton and Amari are especially outstanding. They are always friendly, professional, and willing to help. On multiple occasions, they have taken the extra time to assist me by wiping down my car and helping with vacuuming, which makes a huge difference. Their willingness to help shows that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in providing excellent service. Our experience has been amazing. We have the monthly membership and have had for a couple years now. No complaints so far. Service is amazing, especially Lynn!! She helped and guided us on which packages would be best for our vehicle and ease of use of the Vacuum’s. Definitely recommend.

I have been before and enjoyed this car wash but it has been a while since I have been here and I appreciated Cam and Mari so much! They were so helpful and made my visit fast and efficient which is what I need and appreciate! Vacuums were strong and only needed one time for some of the toughest areas to clean in my car that have not been cleaned in a while. I appreciate the additional support they offer of helping with wiping down the car not making it feel like pressure if you wanted it or not. I will return and I’m considering renewing my membership!

I recently visited this Blue Wave car wash and the machine froze while processing my payment. The staff took care of it right away and gave me a free car wash for the inconvenience.
