BlueWave Express Car Wash

I’ve had the membership for a while now and today the store manager Lanelle went above and beyond to help me out in anyway possible!! I live in the McAllen area and this is by far the best service/experience I have ever received at a Bluewave. Made my day to say the least ☺️

10/10 Service- I don’t usually use drive through car washes but there’s something about bluewaves’ service that never disappoints. The moment i was fixing to park my truck to vacuum my interior my guy Axel with no hesitation approached my truck with towels not only handing them out to me but also helped dry my truck. He was very polite and asked me about my day and it was just a plus to kickstart my morning. He’s awesome!!!

Shoutout to Jayden he seriously makes the experience better every time. Always friendly, upbeat, and on top of it with the towels, he goes out of his way to make sure customers are taken care of. It’s rare to see someone bring that much positive energy to a simple moment, but Jayden does it effortlessly. Great attitude, great service, and a big reason I enjoy coming back.

I’ve been coming to this location since it opened, and the difference compared to before is disappointing. Under previous management, the facility was clean, the staff was friendly, and the experience was consistently positive. Now, the car wash itself is noticeably dirty and the atmosphere has changed. I’ve witnessed the current manager speaking to employees in a way that seemed unprofessional and disrespectful. Staff appear to be unhappy and less customer focused. Overall, the level of service and care has dropped. I’m sharing this as honest feedback because this location used to stand out for its quality and service. Something needs to changed to bring it back to the standard customers are used to.
