The service and the professionalism from Augustin was excellent. He was very thorough in explaining what he was doing with the car. He was polite and considerate of the placement of the vehicle as well. He was understanding and very patient. He demonstrated excellence and pride in his work. POV: you’ve just locked the FOB of your rental car in the car as you are running late for work. You stand in the hot parking lot, upset for being so silly and in a rush. Luckily you call Rivera’s Towing and Ben is the man on the job. He was very prompt to show up. Kind, courteous, and with a smile to help you get on your way. He was also communicative so I knew exactly when he would arrive, which was sooner than expected. I can’t recommend Rivera’s Towing enough, for safe, reliable service. Ben was extraordinary in his customer service. He helped me out with tips and even checked my battery before he put it on the tow, just in case it was just a little boost that I needed. Unfortunately, that wasn't it and I still needed the tow, but he took care of my vehicle and made sure that everything was secure. I'm always hesitant to call for a tow because you just never know who you'll get, but I'm happy that I got Ben to help me with this one. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
