Jesse went above and beyond to service my truck. They did not want to service my vehicle where I purchased it and purchased the extended warranty.They were making me pay for something that had nothing to do with the issue that was going on. I got with Jesse from rio grande city and he automatically said he will take care of the issues. He was always friendly and kept me up to date with any issue that was going on, and got my vehicle working back to 100%. Diagnosed my transmission, took care of the Ford Protect warranty and had my transmission replaced, vehicle back to me in record time. Was even able to have a loaner. Couldn’t get the dealers in the McAllen/Mission/Edinburg area to even diagnose for at least 2 weeks and it had to stay on their lot all that time with nothing happening. Then it would be another month to get the work done and no loaner. Thank you to everyone at Payne Rio Ford for their professionalism and quick service.
