Very very simple and easy, very pleased with my outcome, only 30 minutes I left with the truck of my dreams. Sales men, probably the best in the state. Definitely all of northern Indiana.
I found an awesome Traverse with a good price. Customer service was excellent & the process was quick with no problems.
Horrible place to buy a vehicle. I gave an extra $1500 for the engine and transmission repairs if needed. It's needed and I can't get in for 2 weeks... I had to have it towed in less than a week, they claimed it was a bad battery, but it's the catalytic converter. The check engine light is back. I'm driving it until it needs to be towed again because I refuse to lose MORE money because I can't work. They also sold my contract to another company... THAT was a nightmare. I do NOT recommend anyone buy from this place
I went there to get my break lines changed out and they forgot to put the caper bolts back on never again
NEGATIVE 10 STARS!! They sold my son a crap vehicle. Now it's undrivable according to them. Now he is stuck paying for a car he can't drive! Don't appreciate you screwing people over. Hope you get shut down!
