Tire Star of Ligonier

I just wanted to say that was very happy the service work that was completed on my Ram truck.I brought the truck to Tire Star from a Ram dealer that could not find and fix the problem that resulted from the dealers own work. The dealer had just install new brakes on the truck and a issue came up. Brett, the store manager, not only took the truck but worked it in for me but also found the problem, and also in a very timely fashion fixed the problem. Great service!

So February 5, 2025- I went in to have a tire plugged/patched (whatever the correct term is 😆) because it was always losing air. I went there because I had bought the tires there and they were to repair them for free. They told me then they couldn't plug it. Tried showing me some blurry pictures on a cell phone telling me why they couldn't just patch it so I could go. Then they told me the other 3 tires only had about 2 weeks left on them. These tires had maybe 30,000 miles on them and were maybe 2 years old. Said they didn't last as long because I never brought it to them for them to rotate them. I told them I had them rotated at the shop I get my oils changes done. So I told them please just patch the tire I would drive on it as long as it would last. Fast forward to now (January 2026).

Oil change was way past due and they were awesome quick and they did my tire rotations also and let me know what was wrong did a full inspection and diagnostic and asked me if I wanted the extra parts I needed to make my vehicle better and let me know how much it would cost extra and were very nice and professional definitely recommended they even gave me a print out of what all was wrong and I was able to get it done and fixed completely

I had a car Tire Star gave me to drive while they had my car. Price was given to ne in a way that I understand what they were charging me for. Excellent people and service 👏

I was in Shipshewana IN. At the flea market and had a transmission problem. Tire Star of Ligonier came and towed my vehicle within 30. Minutes. Gave me a loaner car to drive. Had the issue fixed in 3 hours! Fast Honest service. I was impressed! Fair, honest service is hard to find these days. Need more people like them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
