Very nice customer service! The man gave us a free wash just because the overhead door wasn’t opening automatically.
Went through the self wash and car was pretty much still covered in soap. Didn't rinse properly. Disappointed since I spent $14.
Very clean and love the credit card mode of self service. No need to hurry it charges you based on when your done using it. There is no countdown. I am sure with change it would be a countdown timer. The soap starts immediately and same with rinse. It doesn't take a minute to clean out the lines. Would use this again in a heart beat. $4.50 for 9 minutes.
Pretty inexpensive vs some other self service car washes. Easy to use. Takes credit card, so no need for coin change.
I use the automatic portion and it seems to do a good job. It was also just updated.
