Excellent experience buying new BMW motorcycle here from Zac. Totally looked out for me, and helped to choose the right bike for me. Swung a great deal, highly recommended.

Lynn was terrific as was Rob. Very nice, we had a great time chatting and they were great to deal with. I look forward to many years of interactions with the company and people there. The people at the Tom Wood Ducati dealership were easy to deal with, very responsive, not pushy at all. I stopped a couple of weeks ago just to size up a couple of bikes I was considering and they didn’t brush me off at all. Made it super easy to go back to the dealership once I’d made my decision. And of course they had the bikes there that I was considering. Competitive pricing. When I inquired again Lynn was very responsive. The next day I was the new owner of a beautiful Ducati! The staff at BMW Motorcycles of Richfield is great! I bought my motorcycle there new last year (and had a great experience), but this visit was for a warranty service repair so I primarily dealt with Jake in service. I have to travel 2.5 hours to get to their location, and Jake was awesome to work with! He made sure to get my bike in right away to see if the repairs could be done quickly enough to avoid me having to make two trips on two different days. The service technician did an awesome job diagnosing and fixing my issue and I was on my way home with bike fixed in a matter of a couple hours. Everyone that I encountered there was friendly and helpful! This was not a unique experience as every time I bring my bike in I am impressed with the service. I highly recommend going to them for

I want to thank the team at BMW Motorcycles of Richfield for a very pleasant, no-pressure buying experience. Rob was able to order the exact 2025 R1300 GS that I wanted, and he gave me a nice deal on both of my trade-ins. Thanks also to Zac, Lynn and Jake for swiftly getting the bike delivered to me. I plan to ride thousands of worry-free miles on my GS, but in case something does go wrong, I’m confident that the guys at BMW Motorcycles of Richfield will be there to support me.

Salesman Zack is welcoming and engaging. Very willing to provide test rides if needed. When I purchased the motorcycle I also ordered a top box and lock cylinder. The correct top box with central locking arrived by the time I when to pickup the bike. Service installed the lock cylinder and keyed it to the existing motorcycle key.
