I never thought I'd be this stoked about a car maintenance appointment, but here I am... Decided to check out this place because I used to go to a different car maint shop for many years (T*P*), and my last experience there was just frustrating. It took 15 minutes in line to check in (I had an appointment), I waited several hours and they sort of forgot I was waiting in the lobby amongst other customers - no idea if they're understaffed or what. All that for them to tell me, "everything looks fine" and my car was just sitting in their garage for 3 hours, waiting for me to tell them what I wanted to do next, while I was there in the lobby the whole time... 😑 At Les Schwab I was greeted as I was parking my car, and got checked in for my appointment right away. I highly recommend this location. I continue to be impressed by their care and attention to detail. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I’ve had positive interactions with both Tyrone and Nick. Tyrone in particular has gone above and beyond to ensure the best experience. When I needed to switch out my tires, he picked my car up from work, drove it to the shop, switched out my tires and brought the car back to me. This saved me time and peace of mind. He truly cares and takes the time to make sure you’re taken care of. Thank you so much!

I had a great experience at Les Schwab Tire Center in Richfield. I was a walk-in and they took my car back right away. The technician was friendly, professional, and repaired my car quickly. The space was clean and inviting, with coloring sheets and crayons for kids while we waited. I will definitely be back!

The environment was recommended calm, and surprisingly quiet — I was able to get work done comfortably while I waited. As a parent, I truly appreciated that the space is kid-friendly and even includes a changing table for babies. That level of thoughtfulness speaks volumes. I met Nate and Sam through the Richfield Chamber but didn’t have the opportunity to use their services at the Les Schwab on 66th until I had an emergency issue with my car. Within 30 minutes they diagnosed and fixed the problem with my battery, and replaced my tires after noticing they were in poor condition. I highly recommend them! They are efficient, honest and support our community.
