I don't write many reviews, but I've continued to have incredible experiences with these guys and it's refreshing to see how fair and honest they are after decades of bouncing around from one scummy mechanic to another. The whole team is great, but John, Clint, and Kyle in particular have always been very upfront regarding what's absolutely necessary to be fixed vs what should be fixed, what would be nice to fix, and what I should monitor. They take the time to explain the pros and cons, then let you make a decision without feeling any pressure. I won't be taking my vehicles anywhere else.

Just had my clutch and transmission replaced on my 2017 Jeep Patriot with a manual transmission. The transmission was covered under a Third Party extended warranty, and they took care of getting authorization and all the paperwork. The clutch was not covered, so I had to pay for that. They gave me a price I was satisfied. They did great work. I prefer vehicles with manual transmissions and have had a few clutches replaced over the years. The pressure on the pedal on this replacement is so incredibly smooth compared to any other vehicle I have owned. I was so impressed I called them about 5 miles down the road just to let them know. Here's something important to know if you own a car with a manual transmission. Very few repair shops, including those that specialize in transmissions

Transmission lasted 11k miles. Poured out Transmission fluid all over the streets today 9-30-24 Bobby and Steves Shop says need new transmission. look at pictures. Shows miles when Replaced on my TSI Work order: 134455 Current miles. 145994 Thats 11.5k miles and she broke. work was done in 2017 and its 2024 yes but I dont drive car in winter and only put 11k miles on it since they did it.

My truck is my income. If it's not running I can't work. TSI is where I've been bringing it since I started my business two years ago. Roger always takes great care of me and my truck. I'm a start up company with a 20+ year old truck so it has it's share of issues. They help me fix things before the truck breaks down and get it back on the road ASAP. Highly recommend TSI

I know of many shops around town and I can say from experience that this shop cares about people. Roger and Ron have been at the counter informing people of their needs in a professional and caring way for decades and that is rare anywhere these days. Thanks you guys for all you have done for me and my family you are truly great people and a great repair shop!!!
