BMW of Bakersfield Service Center

I had a unique experience where a company damaged my car and was supposed to pay for BMW service costs. When push came to shove the company was trying to dodge paying the total costs. However Roger and his service manager went absolutely above and beyond. They handled the rude company rep. who was trying to not pay for the service. When I came back to the dealership later in the day they had handled everything and all I had to do was sign a paper and drive home. Outstanding service from Roger and anyone else involved at BMW of Bakersfield Service Center.

My wife and I were traveling between the Bay Area and L.A. when I accidently hit a speed bump in a 25 mph zone on a side road. It was a significant jolt and caused a very slight shutter in the ride. While on I-5 we scheduled a wheel alignment at BMW Bakersfield. There we met Scott Sutton, Service Rep. He was excellent... the perfect mix of people skills and knowledge. They did the complete BMW multi-point check, and the wheel alignment. The ride is now perfect again. They also washed and vacuumed our car, something I rarely let the dealerships do. It, too, was done perfect! It had to have been a hand-wash. My hometown dealership is very good, however, the Bakersfield dealership is over-the-top. Outstanding service staff! You get what you pay for! What I love is the video recap of inspection the mechanic is doing for your vehicle. You get to see firsthand what they are looking at and what you can't see when you are driving. I took it in because I hit a bump I knew it didn't feel right driving. They did their diagnostics and found that the alignment was off. I also had my tires put on by Costco so I am not sure if the alignment was not done properly by Costco or if this bump did it but nevertheless they fixed it! The diagnostic fees in alignment fees were worth it! Now I don't have to worry when I'm driving anymore!
