I recently had the pleasure of visiting BMW of Bridgeport Service, and the experience was outstanding. I called my Service Advisor, Anthony Horan, about a brake warning on my SUV dashboard. He asked if I needed a tow or wanted to drive it into their facility. I felt I could safely dive there. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the knowledgeable and friendly staff. They immediately gave me a loaner vehicle and started the repair of my SUV! Anthony Horan and BMW of Bridgeport Service repeatedly confirmed a strong personal commitment to their customer, their product and the BMW company they represent.
I bought a 2024 M440i xDrive, my second vehicle from BMW of Bridgeport. Process was easy, convenient and straightforward. I usually hate car buying, but both experiences have been great. Service department is also terrific after the sale.
I have been bringing my vehicles to BMW of Bridgeport for nearly a decade, and every experience has been exceptional. Today, I brought in my 5 Series for service, and once again, the team exceeded my expectations. My service advisor also an Assistant Service Manager, Christopher Hopf, went above and beyond to help me. Christopher took the time to thoroughly explain my service needs and helped me navigate the most cost-effective solutions. A well-deserved 10/10—highly recommend!
This service center is top notch. Tony and Steve make it worth it to keep coming back. The desk staff make paying bills as fun as possible and the mechanics do a great job on the car. Thanks to everyone.
