I organized to bring my 1200 GS Adventure to BMW of Denver from Montana for multiple service items. I have to say that the service department was excellent to work with. Tara at the service desk was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. She was helpful making the appointment in advance and accommodating for the dates of my travels. I traded in my KTM for a GSA and couldn't be happier. The dealership experience was very good and pretty fast maybe 45 minutes at most. Pascal showed me the basics of my motorcycles electronics and the initial ergonomics set-up. I will be returning for my first service soon and will review that experience but if the service department is as good as the sells and financing then it should be amazing as well.

I am now a proud owner of a new BMW F900r. Such an upgrade from my g310r. Pascal the motarad specialist did a great job at being friendly and explaining all the tech on the bikes tft display. Earl was great to work with in the financial services department. Both made my purchase very straightforward and streamlined. I really recommend BMW of Denver. Very cool place. Awesome BMW selection. So far I'm loving my new bike!

Inconsistent and dismissive. I'm a cash buyer, owner of multiple BMW motorcycles and have owned more than twenty-two BMW motorcycles in my lifetime. I was looking for a new motorcycle and contacted BMW of Denver via their website. I was told that they had the model I was looking for but that it was only a demo and not for sale. If I wanted the bike, I would have to place a $2k deposit, order it and wait indefinitely for it to arrive. They have no idea when it would arrive and it could be anytime within the next six months. I was told that it was "a frustrating BMW thing". I went to the dealership to meet with the person that I was corresponding with to test ride the demo bike they had in stock. When I walked into the salesman's office, he dismissed me from his office almost immediately.

5 stars! BMW of Denver Motorcycles is hands-down the best BMW dealership in Colorado—exclusive, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about riding. The team delivers top-notch service from sales to parts, but a special shoutout goes to Tara in the service department. She’s incredibly professional, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. My bike runs better than ever thanks to her expertise and friendly communication. Highly recommend for any BMW rider!
