BMW of Norwood Service Center

Teresa is an amazing service center manager. She prides herself in what she does and that is providing excellent customer service and always being honest and fair. I legit love the service center because she and her staff make it so welcoming. Carlos was great today as well, offering a friendly intake and also even tried to help me fix my car play by entering my vehicle and working on it. I give them a five-star rating and will continue to tell everyone what a great service center they are!

I got to say Teresa is the girl bmw would be stupied to get rid of her try anything to keep her she is amazing an cares about people and their feelings like she was amazing like keep up with your smile because sure did brighten up the day i had i truly appreciate you girl so much more then you would EVER KNOW WAY TO GO KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.. I’ve been getting my BMW serviced here for several years and was left very disappointed with a multi point inspection that I paid for recently. I needed to get the car checked out due to some steering irregularities and mentioned to them my assumption it was likely an alignment issue. after paying $120 for the inspection, which took only 20 minutes, their recommendations didn’t seem detailed or helpful. for example, they didn’t measure the toe. They just said “the toe is probably off “and causing the steering issues and then recommended a $250 alignment and $900 new tires. I would want something like that to be measured by your machines especially when I’m paying the money to have you inspect it in the first place. I've had an incredible experience with Jayme the last few times I've come to get my car serviced. She's extremely friendly and helpful, and makes me feel valued as a customer. She's very straightforward when it comes to my car, and I appreciate her honesty and transparency.

Brought our Mini Cooper, which we bought used from them, in for warranty service. Chantelle was very friendly and got us an appointment quickly. Dropped it off in the morning, they arranged a Lyft ride at no cost. Stan and Alex were also great communicating on the repair and pointing out that as part of their safety inspection that the front tires were damaged. Alex confirmed that, because they were new, the tires were covered under warranty (saving us at least $500) and were replaced at no cost. Overall a great experience by a very professional team. Well Done!
