You know the old time car repair shops with the guy you can always trust your car with without any reservation, the guy that is like your dentist or doctor or your accountant; he's your guy and he makes your life easier, more efficient, and just better? Where in these days can you find a guy like that? That guy at BMW of Raleigh Service is Sean. He is that guy. He is the best and it is almost impossible to find people of his caliber anymore. He works to make your BMW ownership experience stellar. I hope that when we move we can find someone like Sean to be our car guy but it is not likely. |

David Malette was a great salesman to work with. He assisted me in purchasing a previously owned Suburban on Saturday and was available for any questions I had and made the process very smooth. No pressure, no games, just honest and helpful service all around. He even had the car cleaned up and gassed up before I left. Thank you for the great service! I would definitely recommend David for all future purchase transactions.

Would give zero stars if an option. I have been disappointed with service every single time I have brought my car here. No one picks up the phone or notifies you when the car is ready. When I scheduled my appt. I was told there was a recall that needed to be fixed that would require me dropping off the car and several hours of service. When I arrived for my service, I was told they were only doing an oil change. I asked why the recall wasn’t being fixed and was at that time told parts weren’t available yet to fix it. I could have easily waited an hour for an oil change on a weekday, but wasted my Saturday instead, arranging a ride home and back and forth to accomodate the mishandled appointment.

This dealership opened on time which is appreciated. They also had the part I needed, so there's that positive. On the other hand, they wouldn't price match another BMW dealer without a printed cost estimate, hardcopy, as online pricing wasn't accepted. So yes, I had to pay $20 more for my part. Also, I love my BMW, but plastic parts that disentegrate every few years should be banned and the price of a small 3' radiator reservoir line is obscene. At least they let me wrench on my car while parked in their lot. Got my overpriced part. Got on the road, and made it to work on time. 3 stars for inventory and punctuality.
