BMW Service Center

Brought car in for electrical issues several times and they were unable to address them claiming the car was “operating as designed”. However if this was the case the car wouldn’t have worked that way when I bought the car. Trying to problem solve with their team (e.g., when they were not observing the right functionality in the diagnosis or acknowledging bad performance but claiming it was normal) was quite frustrating and made me seriously regret getting a BMW. Felt like they were just going through the motions and didn’t really care to fix my car. Really surprisingly poor experience for a purportedly premium brand and will make me move to another brand with hopefully better customer service. Also, they have very limited BMW loaners unless you book multiple weeks out. They should have

Poor on all aspects, this is how the car was presented to us for us to pick it up. Really!! Level and quality of service is certainly diminished.

Easy after hours tow- in drop off.They suggested Performance Tow after Sebastopol Tow left me stranded worried about expensive damage they might cause. AAA was zero help and whole episode was 4 hours.

Fast service and great communication. Had a tire replaced because I had a nail in my run-flat tire and it was losing a bit of air over time. Check in was fast and easy and the wait for the shuttle ride home was so fast I basically walked out to the parking lot and the car was waiting for me. I received text updates from Thalia when the car was being worked on and when it was going to be washed and almost ready for pickup so she called the shuttle to come and get me. I probably only waited less than 5 minutes before getting a ride back to the dealership and the work performed was flawless. I highly recommend Hansel BMW in Santa Rosa for quick and transparent service for any of my 3 vehicles I’ve brought in the past and will continue to do so.
