BNC Auto Care

I had two smog checks done today and didn't bring the coupon from their website because I was told I didn't need to. I was charged full price for the first smog because I didn't have the coupon. But the very friendly lady took care of it by printing a coupon for me and discounting both smog checks on the second bill! Always have good prices, good quality work and great, friendly service here!

Did a diagnostic on my car and charged me $280 just to tell me what was wrong and then wanted to charge me $3000 for the repair I went to another mechanic and paid half the price. They are weasels. Save your money and go somewhere else for better service and a more reasonable price.

I’ve been using BNC for eight years for my car care. I really cannot say enough nice things about the attention and service I and my car get. They are always friendly, fast, efficient, and fair in their pricing. Their time estimates on when my car will be ready are always pretty well spot on. I really appreciate Aveed and Jeremy because even when they’re very very busy they are always very very pleasant. Today I popped in needing air in my tire, and they took me right in! This place is the best. I’ve had a couple of emergency repairs needed and they got me in right away and even got me out the same day. They don’t over charge or try to sell me unnecessary service. They are friendly, fast, reliable and highly recommend them.

BNC has been amazing! They have saved me thousands of dollars. I would take it here for a second opinion and they would fix it at half the price or let me know Costco was just wanting my money. I take my son’s car here and not suggest this place to others. They are super quick as well.
