I locked myself out of my car with all my supplies inside! They sent someone immediately and had my car open quickly. The gentleman was also extremely honest. I paid him the amount quoted in cash. I had accidentally been given an incorrect quote. It was actually twice the amount normal for the service. He called the office to correct it and refunded the extra. I definitely recommend them!

Came out and got my car home without any issues. Was quick and efficient.

I have used Bo Denson towing for years rather it be an urgent emergency or to simply tow my vehicle to the dealer they have promptly taken care of me fast and easy with the most upmost positive attitude and professionalism! If you are like me, you don't use tow companies often and are uncertain of who to use, who is going to be fair, available, etc. I had to call Bo to have my car towed, they showed up the same day, and the price was very fair. My back window was shattered by a rock during the tow. I immediately was concerned that I would have to go back and forth with the company over replacing the window but that wasn't the case at all. I called my driver and let him know what happened, took pictures, and not 20 minutes later, Bo called me and told me they would take care of replacing the window. I couldn't have been happier of the service I received from Bo and his team and even though I hope I don't need a tow truck in the near future, I won't hesitate to give Bo a call when I do. One of our drivers was stuck in the mud and called Bo Denson for a simple winch out, the arrival time was good and our vehicle was winched out of the mud . The price was approximately three times more than a fair rate and upon returning to base I found damage to the hitch perhaps a rookie mistake (maybe next time just hook up to the tailpipe) but when I called Bo’s office to reach a agreement for repair sending them pictures from the scene and of the damaged vehicle all I got was defensive attitude. Be very careful who you use when needing a tow truck while in Mississippi. Anytime reviews are mostly all five star and praise, that should raise red flags for anyone.
