Thank you to the staff for your time and attention today regarding our questions about why the tire on our Armada was losing air. The Michelin is fine but the rim is not. Please take a look at the video and see why we were losing air. Thank you, for your time and excellent customer service.

We had a hole in our tire while on the road. Stopped and they had us fixed within 20 minutes. Extremely nice and excellent service. Highly recommend.

I took my car to this location b/c another local shop did an incomplete job a few days prior on some maintenance checks I had requested. The employee at Gateway who helped me was very friendly and welcoming, explained what they would be able to do or not, and said they were a little short-staffed that day but that my car would be ready later that day. I was able to pick it up as expected, and the employee said everything was in good working order; he also said they were actually able to do a check on my car that they didn't think they would be able to do at first. Their prices can be higher than some shops for certain services, and there are also some things they can't do, but for the convenience, quick turnaround, and great customer service each time I've been there, I plan to continue to

I went in for a front end alignment after replacing an inner tie rod end. We checked my suspension components when we did this, they've got 140,000 miles on them, so obviously they're not new, but not falling apart. They said they wouldn't do the front end alignment unless I had both lower control arms replaced. They quoted over $800 for the job. Definitely not going to happen. The lower control arm bushings could use replaced (they still could’ve aligned the car), but not the whole control arm assembly. ~$80-90 for a set of the bushings I need, and they quoted $800 for two brand new lower control arms. Called for 2 tires Michael was great on the phone I arrived there was issues with my lug nuts and was in and out in less then 30 minutes all the workers there were phenomenal
