I had an awesome experience with Bob Allen Motor Mall. Jeep had 2900 miles. Expected it to be like new condition. Had an agreed price prior to leaving from NW Indiana. 5 hours later I couldn’t be happier. Fresh wash full tank of gas and exactly as described. Best price in a 300 miles radius. Friendly staff with a simple process. My disclaimer would be an extremely low miles Jeep. It really was as described with a simple process. Thanks for the great experience!!!

Austin May in Sales is an exceptional salesman. He was not pushy and explained in great detail the price for the truck / offer for our trade-in and financing. I never felt like anyone was being anything but upfront and honest. Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice to my kids and my wife. The dealership itself is extremely clean and well maintained (IE great waiting area for kids to watch Lassie on TV). Emma Howard in finance was wonderful as well. She did everything to streamline the process and even worked with us on the payment form for the down payment that helped us avoid a processing fee. Our experience with Bob Allen Motor Mall was top notch. I highly recommend this dealership if you are buying a new vehicle.
