Ordered a bullnose and emblem for my 34 ford truck great customer service over the phone and parts arrived fast

Vendors be warned: This company does not pay invoices on time or at all. I was warned by fellow printing company and took the risk... They are 30 days past Due date. AND no terms were offered by my company, They just decided to pay on their own terms. They are regularly 90+ Days past due at my buddies shop, and seem to pay the last invoice when they need a new job done... Makes me wonder when they will find a new vendor and leave the old vendor hanging on their last invoices... I should not even start on their inability to communicate or prepare files for printing. I could be here all day. They spent 2 DAYS , multiple emails, arguing with me about file prep, Including trying to make me look like a fool on a speaker phone call with their staff on the line as they "trained" Me on how to se

No very good customer service! Summit has fixed my issue, they are great to deal with. Bob Drake is very rude and a waste of time. The product is fine, the customer service is terrible!
