I had loaned my truck to my daughter to move and she brought it back to me crashed. The people at Bob Maloney were super friendly. Miss Katlyn was my first point of contact assuring me that they could fix my ride and kept me informedevery step of the way. The manager Emily came and met me personally and talked me through the process start to finish so there were no surprises. I was also introduced to a friendly young man named Keyshon who wrote the estimate for my repair. The Bob Maloney shop gave me a ride home after taking possession of my truck and picked me up when it was finished. My truck was complete before the date given and looked good as new inside and out, yes they even detailed my interior and shined my tires and rims. Not only did they repair my vehicle but they cleaned the interior of my car!! It looked better than when I first purchased it! It was just beautiful!! The personnel at the Siloam Springs location were so friendly!! Id recommend Bob Maloney to everyone!!!!
