Bob Sumerel Tire

Traveling thru the area in late November 23' picked up a flat tire in the service van. Stopped at Loves to ask of a shop in the area that may be able to help, attendant mentioned a few places in the area and Bob S was closest, but she said if you can get in. I called and when transferred to the shop was told to bring her in. Now, understand this place specializes in the big rig tires, not a mini van tire. I pulled into the parking lot and a young man said he could pull it in and take a look, not 20 minutes later he came out and said you are all set. This outstanding young man gave the best example of good service. Bob Sumeral Tire in Zanesville is doing a great job of attracting good workers, way to go!

I really liked this friendly environment everyone had a good attitude. I would go back there again, they get right to the job,and get you rolling back on the road with little down time.(As we all know time is money) being a trucker. I want to thank you and staff. Good job!!!
