I hardly ever leave reviews but this time, I had to. From the moment I dropped my small piece (as in the palm of my hand small) off to get painted, I knew something was off. The lady at the front gave me attitude when I dropped off my piece and said she’d call when it was ready but I have never been there before so she obviously didn’t have my number. She said it would be quick so I relied on that. I called WEEKLY, if not twice a week to check in. I didn’t want to pressure or rush them because I knew I wasn’t the only person needing something done BUT I did want to be in the loop so I would call to check in. EVERY time I’d call to check - the secretary would answer and tell me she would talk the guy in the back and call me right back. Days would go by and she never called back. I’d call a

Hit a deer 4am. Sat on the roadside till 5:30. Got towed to Bob's early in the morning after an all night drive from Houston. I asked to use the bathroom after being up for 24 hours, my car is totaled and was told no by the lady at the front. In fact when I asked she blankly stared at me and then walked away. When she came back she talked to my wife but literally IGNORED me so I asked again and she again ignored me for a minute or two and finally briefly looked up at me like she was annoyed before coldly blurting out no. Not sorry no just no and then went back about her business. Total Axs. I tried walking to city hall at 7am to also be told no. No public restrooms around. I have had the worst experience ever. Communication has been horrible and nothing is written down or remembered. I have been dealing with them for 4 months now to get a fairly minor repair job done. They kept my vehicle 22 days and wasted my rental vehicle from insurance time. They scheduled me out 2 months later and did not start ordering parts until after my vehicle was there. After getting my vehicle there the second time did not even start on it for a week and until I fussed about it. The paint part was pretty decent other than a big run in the clear coat. None of the directions given on vehicle were written down or followed. I ended up with a grill that was not original and not for the same year even.

We were traveling down the mountain at Clodcroft and hit a deer. We had significant damage to the bumper that was touching the tire. We stopped at Bob's and he quickly bent the bumper out enough so we could continue our trip back home to Central Texas. I offered to pay him and he refused any money. Thank you Sir, God Bless!!

So please with my car he did awesome that's why I went to him again this time you really helped me out the first time too and he helped me out again this time too he does amazing work I was so pleased they work within my schedule thank you Chris good job
