Front desk lady is very forgetful, I dropped my car off 8 am they didn’t get to it till about 4:20, I told them to put my car together so I can come pick it up. One of the mechanics definitely rushed to put my car back together cause this morning my tire flap flew straight off while I was driving and my tires flaps has never done that the 4 years I had the car

The people were really nice reasonably priced and good service after I left this review I am going have to change it. Don't ever go to this place they are rude they said they fixed a problem with one vehicle and it wasn't any better. They couldn't get parts prices for another vehicle I took up there. They quoted one price and charged me another price and I broke down in their parking lot and they couldn't get to it for a week so I was going to fix it and he was rude and hateful and told me to get off his property so we did and we will never go back all he needed to do is tell us in a nice way that we couldn't fix it in his lot he didn't need to be rude and his receptionist told us we could fix it there before he jumped all over us. Don't ever go here..

Won't get better service anywhere else! Top notch work and super great people.

They done a engine swap put gasket maker over the old water pump gasket and a broke transmission coolers hard line 2 striped intake manifold bolts hose clams not even tight more than one intake pipe has been rubbing against the fan because it wasn’t even bolted in refused to fix it so I fixed it myself in a day because it wouldn’t hold water oh yea also had left over bolts and screws from who know where and the water pump was missing a bolt and a plastic seal inside the water pump was broke

My Hyundai Santa Fe had an issue which should have been covered under Hyundai warranty but, well that's a long drawn out story. Bob's Garage did an outstanding job of diagnosing and repairing this issue better than the dealership would have and at a cost less than the dealer wanted to just "look" at it. Highly recommend Bob's Update 08/02/2023 Having had the great experience noted above, I decided to take my wife's truck to Bob's. '12 Ford F150 developed an overheating issue, (and the AC quite blowing cold), that was diagnosed by a different garage some time ago (spare truck, no driven a lot). The information provided them was questionable at best but would have required, at best, a used engine. Because I'm a skeptic, I opted to remove the truck from the facility and keep checking. I
