My truck was towed there after accident and in the less then 48hrs in between me getting my stuff out/releasing it to insurance company and the insurance company picking it up the radio and the power side steps were taken off my truck costing me money on the valuation of my truck.

I wanted to thank Brandon from Rick's Towing for helping me when my EV was stuck. He went above the call of duty to help me get it towed and eventually started on a cold Sunday, December evening. Thanks. JHR 12/22/2025

Just got towed by this company, I had a bad accident and the guys not only were friendly but they also helped me get my spare tire back on , they drove me all the way back to Ohio and asked if I needed to use the restroom. Great service!!

Ricks Towing came to the rescue when my 68 Corvette died on the side of the road. Dakota was super carful and double checked everything before he put it on the rollback. I appreciate the attention to detail and professionalism that he showed. Thank you for bringing my car and myself home safely.

We shredded a tire on our way to my Grandfather's funeral in Tennessee. Travis and Rick were both great! Fast and efficient. They definitely made a stressful situation less stressful. Thank you for everything you guys do, and keep up the great work!
