Hixson Auto Repair

Sent my wife's Jeep here for what should have been a simple fix. We didn't make it a half mile down the road before the wheel fell off because they failed to tighten the lug nuts. After we finally got the vehicle towed back to Hixson's, there were several new repairs to be made. They neglected to call us back after SEVERAL attempts until the following Monday. When my wife went back to get the car the owner told her "it should be safe to drive". She drove it home and it still has the same problem we originally took it to the mechanic for. We payed $257 for our vehicle to be in worse condition than it was before we dropped it off at Hixson's. Didn't tighten the lug nuts, y'all. 😑

I was so glad someone gave me Miltons number, he did a great job on my car, saved me tons of money from my numberous quotes he beat them all. I got my car back in a timely manner and lords knows Im not the easiest customer, I will be using him again. Thanks guys.

We thought the bill would be over 7 hundred dollars and ended up being 60 dollars. Great to finally find an honest mechanic.
