Bob's Service Center & Towing

2 stars because the man that answered the phone was rude. Grunted when my husband told him we needed to be towed to Cincinnati from Turfway road. After we agreed to the price/cost and requested the service, he called back and rudely asked who else my husband had called because he wasn't "going to be in a race over to tow us" and wanted to know if we were going to pay his driver when vehicle was delivered. First, sir, my husband did not call anyone else, which honestly was/is none of your business. Secondly, it was apx 5 am and pouring down rain and we just wanted to get home! And third, I'm highly appalled about insinuating we may not pay for services rendered. 5 stars to the great tow driver. He was friendly and very accommodating, for that hour of the morning and the weather.

I highly recommend Bob's for their great service and fair pricing. Every single time I have been in there they have done a great job, and always at a lower cost than I had anticipated. Tom and Jon are both very friendly and knowledgeable. They have my full trust, which is not something you would normally say about car repair shops!

I’ve had nothing but GREAT experiences with bobs towing! They are affordable, quick, friendly services, and very helpful! I had the pleasure of working with James and he was a great help! Very respectful, patient, and helpful! I will definitely call for services in the future again.

Absolutely love these guys! The guy that picked me up today was the one that helped us last time with our tow. At this point I have him on speed dial lol. But they have been the best for towing and reasonably priced!
