These guys saved my trip! I woke up in my motel room 400 miles from home and looked out my window to see my tire was flat. They got me in right away and patched it up in like an hour! I made it to my concert that night safe and sound.

If I could give lower than 1 Star I would! Booked my car for a smog check 2 weeks prior, due to the person saying that was the only opening, because they were completely full. Showed up to the appointment 15 minutes early, the counter man asked if he could help me, and I stated that I had an appointment at 9:30 for a smog check. TO WHICH HE STATED...."Oh everyone has an appointment at 9:30", rather sarcastically! I was told to move my car next to 3 other vehicles, the smog guy told me to leave the keys in the car, while he went back to work. He told me don't worry about the keys being left unattended in your car, nobody will mess with it. Meanwhile, another lady drives up with a 9:30 Smog check appointment 🙄 total of 4 cars scheduled for 9:30. The lady proceeds to tell me that her husband

Local family owned business. I've been going there for over 15 years. I think I've bought around 4-5 sets of tires from there for a great price with a good warranty. Also I had some service work done on my old Chevy and never was dissatisfied with what they did. I also had a tow hitch installed on my Subaru from them and they did a great job and the hitch was delivered within the week because I was waiting for one from U-Haul but they took forever so I ended up cancelling theirs and went with Bob's

We got a flat tire pulling up to our air bnb right on 420 walnut - 6 hrs from home - Geico was gonna take 3 hrs to come tow us to les schwab ( which would be 8pm already ) - Bob's tires was extremely gracious and accommodating in letting us haul their jack and hand wrench so we can role a tire back to our car and swap it out 😭😭 really appreciate them being so kind and helping out in a way most places would not be as willing to!!

I had an appointment for wheel alignment which failed to get recorded properly. So when I arrived I was told they didn't have me in their computer and couldn't help me on that day. I was offered half off if I rescheduled and I thought that was fair. Bob's Tire is a very busy business that serves both autos and trucks from small to large.
