Scam artist Took the insurance check and didn't do the work And didn't put the rims and tires on my car Called them for months made excuses They used junk yard rims and tires that were already damaged. Never call them for any service I will be pressing them in court

ZERO STARS. These guys are complete scam artists. Car was stolen, found by police and brought here. They held my car hostage for 2+ weeks to accumulate more money from insurance. Finally got the car and there were scratches everywhere, trunk lid dented and right mirror broken. Have visual evidence that the car WAS in perfect condition when the police found it, prior to sending it to the shop. They are lucky that I haven't filed a police report on them. Absolute scumbags. Go anywhere else!

The place is totally a scam . My vehicle was towed for 2.5 miles on Tuesday and when I went there to get my vehicle on Thursday the guy told me it was 826.73 cents . He could not give me a breakdown how he arrived at this total . Then he told me I can only pay in cash only . Police officers need to know the scamming that goes on and stop towing citizens vehicle there I thought you supposed to be protecting and serving ( means also to protect us from known scammers.

I feel really disappointed with this place although it is true they were very friendly at the beginning, obviously it is convenient for them however my car carrying almost two months in the place of them, always had an excuse and another to delay the delivery of my car, I tried to understand at the begging but 6 weeks it was for me as annoying to be asking when they finish to finish, I tried to be patient I do not know why they take so long to repair it, they lie every time they can excuse that the pieces never arrived as if my car was a Lamborghini or a porsche so that the parts were inaccessible, my car is Toyota brand, parts that can be achieved right here in the country very easily, right now I am even afraid of the result of the work they are going to do since you can not expect anyt

They sold us a car with a lost title form for the DMV. They didn’t put the license number and DOB of the last owner which didn’t let us register it at the DMV. They said they would help us providing us the missing information, but never heard back from them. They didn’t answer messages as we were trying to return the car because the car had no use. These are not serious people because they care about making business for themselves and not caring for customers.
