Body Builders Collision

After my insurance told me that my car had to be totaled because the first autoshop I went claimed they "couldn't find parts" amid my Acura RSX Type-S age, I end up coming here to Body Builders Collision and Tracy not only gave me hope but she found the right parts, offered me a discounted price for service, and even came back and forth giving me a ride herself between the bodyshop and my home. I am very, very grateful for their help especially because I also asked mr. Chris to take care of the rust on the rear side panels that meets the bumper as a special request on the side and he did EVERYTHING that needed to be done. That is metal and welding job how is supposed to be done and not with Bondo (body filler). I also had another special request after the car was done, I had Brad install

They did an amazing job with my vehicle. Although they are professional, they are also understanding and helpful with their customers. They showed me compassion and treated me more than just a price tag. And the paint job is very beautiful. In all I would recommend them for services.

Loved these guys!! Honestly, if you have any sort of whoopsie with your car, they will get you in quick (i was, anyway). Loved the communication, and how nice everyone was!! 10/10. Please check them out if you have a ding, dent, anything ! Also... they do have one of the sweetest puppies I've ever met. If you are scared of dogs, this one is definitely one to not be cautious of. He is a bundle of happy tail wags and kisses. Overheard "spoiled like bread". So the work is spectacular. The people are communicative and friendly. AND there's a bonus friendly dog. You just can not go wrong here. 10/10.

I do not recommend this auto body shop to anyone. They are money-hungry liars who are extremely unprofessional. Their quality of work is subpar, and they seem to lack sufficient staff. They consistently take on several jobs at a time, fully aware that they will not complete your vehicle in a timely manner. Avoid getting an estimate from them and letting your vehicle sit for even one day, let alone one week. They will charge you thousands of dollars in storage fees, effectively preventing you from taking your vehicle to another shop. They did a paint job on my vehicle, and it took an astonishing three months to complete the job. When I finally got my vehicle back, I was horrified by the results. The finish looked as though they used a spray paint can instead of professional-grade material

Replaced my bumper within a week and turned out very nice! I definitely recommend. Very friendly staff. They were able to work with my auto insurance to get a full replacement. I would keep coming to this place for my future auto needs.
