My accident happened November 11th 2025. As of today, March the 6th 2026, I have currently been waiting 115 days to have my vehicle fixed and returned to me. By The Way December 10th was the first time I was told they were finishing up my vehicle.

My experience was horrible with this body shop. Lacked communication, and constantly lied about unnecessary details with services. In addition to my horrible experience, I was scammed out of $350 for storage fee🙄 although I was never notified to pick my car up. John made me feel uncomfortable with his unprofessional behavior calling me after business hours about foolishness. I highly recommend to go elsewhere for better business.

John at Body Pros was awesome. I was in an accident and I got screwed over by my insurance and had to pay out of pocket. He worked with me on the price and even held my car in a safe place a little longer so I could save money. He was easy to get ahold of, super friendly and answered all my questions. I recommend this place to anyone needing their car serviced. I shopped around for prices and I was given the best deal, he made sure I had the original parts and explained everything to me in detail.
