Took my 2024 Ram in for pretty extensive front end damage from hitting a deer. I live in Cheyenne and couldn't find anyone here to even be motivated enough to assess the damage. Towing it to Scottsbluff was 1000% worth it. Emilee kept me updated on progress, even sending a couple pictures, and was professional and friendly as she fielded all of my questions. They started work the day my truck arrived and the technicians did a beautiful job. They even cleaned the interior. I felt like I picked up a new truck when I got it back! Not only are they highly skilled at what they do, but they genuinely care about their customers. I recommend Team Auto Center even if you have to travel a good distance to use them!
Had an awesome experience at Team Chevrolet and GMC on the purchase of my new 2023 GMC Acadia. Zach Elhormoui was such a great salesperson. The whole team were great and the whole process took less than 2 hours. Highly recommend!
They replaced my Canyon's windshield and I was in and out same day!
Had scheduled an appointment for 8 in the morning to have my vehicle's engine checked. They said the process normally takes 1-3 hours. At 11:30, it was not finished, but had apparently already been started. At 4 pm, it was still not finished, and they didn't know when it would be done. Despite having scheduled an appointment, and Team having my vehicle for over 8 hours, practically no work had been done on it. I've had other issues with their services in the past, and this is the final straw. I will no longer be using Team's services.
