Body Works Plus

I had a great experience with Body Works Plus. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. After my accident, I was honestly just hoping to get my car back to “normal.” Somehow, they made it look better than it did before the accident even happened. The attention to detail was impressive, and you can tell they take real pride in their work. If you’re in Charlotte and need body work done, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Top-notch operation all around.

From start to finish, Body Works Plus exceeded my expectations. The customer service was outstanding — friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. I loved the text updates that kept me informed of every stage of the repair process. I never once had to call for an update because they were always one step ahead. Since my insurance covered a rental, they even arranged for Enterprise to pick me up right from the shop, which made everything so convenient. When I got my car back, it looked brand new — you would never know it had been damaged. The office staff were warm, knowledgeable, and focused on making sure I was completely happy before leaving. Body Work Plus completed a full collision repair on my truck and did an amazing job. The truck drives great and definitely looks great. A buddy of mine recommended Body Works Plus due to getting his Mustang fixed which looked great also. I will be bringing my vehicles back again when needed and I have already recommended them since getting my truck back. The communication was great as they use a text system to keep you in the loop, they work directly with your insurance company to work out all the details and send you all the documents and photos you need via email. I appreciate all the staff at Body Works Plus!

After an Amazon driver backed into my driveway and HIT my new Tesla (and it recorded the driver getting out and seeing the damage and getting back in his truck and leaving without a word) - I called Amazon (who was very cooperative and apologetic) and my insurance and then took it to Body Works Plus to be repaired. They were SO nice to work with! Christine, who is out front at the desk and Chris, the owner, took great care of me and my vehicle and kept me informed at all times while it was being worked on - and then they delivered it to Pristine Wrap to have the painted parts wrapped again. You just can't ask for a better body repair shop!
