I came in today to ask about a simple valve repair on my tire. Unfortunately, the person at the front was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of helping or even acknowledging me properly, he told me to leave because he was on a personal phone call. The attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone — the customer service is seriously lacking.
Helped me get a new hopper crank handle. Amazing help, thanks for helping me get home. Fair price too
Very fair & great service. They were probably more concerned than I was with my issue. They did everything they could to help me and get me right back on the road!!
