I am very dissatisfied in this company, I seen all the good reviews and really believed in this place Jeff seemed like a cool guy but my experience with him has been completely indifferent to these situations, I had brought my car in for a diagnostic and to have them see what my warranty would cover on my car. For some reason when I dropped it off it was quiet and did have a service shifter on but did not have any noise. I picked up my car 2-3 hours later and all of a sudden it sounded like a drag racing car/diesel truck! I asked them about it and they told me it was from going into drive and park at there shop and then I was told it was when they put it up on the Lyft, they did not offer to fix it u less I paid them 200-400 dollars and he admitted to it being on the shop but still did not

I only brought my car here the entire time I went to BGSU. It’s the place I would always recommend to my friends (other college students). They’re fair, honest, and quick. Jeff is the gentleman I would speak with most often and he’s a great guy and always willing to try and work with you. After building a relationship over 6 years he was always willing to help with some smaller repairs and give me a more than fair price for them. I never worried about them seeing a young female far from home for school and trying to up charge which is unfortunately more common than some might think.

They fixed my husbands car same day it was brought in. I’m so thankful for their help and dedication to making sure he was leaving in a safe car that was fixed.

Jeff and his team were absolutely phenomenal. I dropped a vehicle off and they had it done within three days. It was a very complex case they had to tear the entire dash out of my vehicle to replace multiple components they got it all put back together like it never happened, which is what you certainly expect. He was very, very informative as to the process and the cost that everything was going to be prior to them doing anything they called me. Instructed me what they found and how much it was going to cost to repair if I could leave 100 stars I would I highly recommend this establishment. And he’s a locally owned business not some big corporation definitely a +++

An amazing experience as usual. They don't mess around and they get shit done. Honest, dependable, and efficient.
