Took my vehicle to Tuffy's competitor right here in Perrysburg for a rattling noise under my vehicle. I was told I didn't need a mechanic I needed a body shop as he wiggled some fender molding. I in turn wiggled the other fender molding. What a coincidence they both wiggle smh. Then I took my vehicle to Tuffy. Chris and his crew took it for a test drive and fixed a loose bolt on my driveshaft. All for just $30 and in and out in less than an hour. Hey, how about that !? It WAS a mechanic issue lol. Chris and his crew care about their customers to go the extra mile to help and with good decent prices. Thanks guys and God bless !!

The customer service is always top notch and they always get my car finished quickly. They are also very good at telling me what needs to be done and what will need to be done soon. Which is helpful for me to know when I need to get my car serviced again and what to tell them I want done next time.
