Worst experience ever. I called Ashton to see if he had any cars available to rent. He said yes and told me to come at 10 a.m. I arrived early at 9:45, but he didn’t show up until 11:15 a.m.—completely unacceptable. When he finally arrived, he said he didn’t even have a car available because the tags were expired. I ended up missing a day of work due to his unprofessionalism and paid $30 for a Lyft to get there, thinking I’d be driving away in a rental. He wasted my time, my day, and my money. No apology, no compensation, no accountability. This is not how a car rental business should be run.
