Took Jeep in to have all tires road forced balanced. One tire I had just mounted and needed balanced. Others I wanted checked and balanced. They took.me back and said the one tire required 13 oz to balance and that was a lot. I advised them that was still in Mickey Thompsons spec for weight of the tire. Please go ahead and balance. So I waited in waiting room for two hours to get done. I paid $160 and left. Still had the same unbalance when I left. When I got home I checked and the one tire still didn't have any weight on it. And had a terrible shake. I took off early again to bring it back and have weight put on. Now I have already paid $160 to have all four balanced and was charged another $30 to put weights on it. I will be using them, as little as possible! Several months ago they told me I needed almost $2k worth of front end work, including an upper ball joint. I had just replaced the ball joint, less than 1 year ago myself with a Ford part; that made me suspicious…upon a 2nd opinion at the Ford dealer nothing was loose! When at the Ford dealer for a 2nd opinion on a vacuum pump, Bolins said needed replacing. The dealer said it was only loose…a few hundred dollars to replace gasket vs almost $1000! Twice is more than a coincidence!

Was charged over $180 for road force balance and they never done them or don't know what they are doing. Took it to another shop and paid $60 for Road force balance and not one tire was correct. The staff at front desk is rude. I think Kelsy was her name. Horrible service. Here is the picture from there balance and next shop. Don't waste your money.

Front desk greets you with a smile. Good mechanics, nice pepole very understanding. 10/10. You get what you pay for they aren’t insanely priced but they have good guys so you may pay a touch more the pricing for what you get is on the money.
