got an oil change about a month and a half ago maybe a little over and haven’t been able to get my hood open since, I have multiple witnesses also and I had a buddy help me do a radiator flush right before I took it in as a witness also that there was nothing wrong with the hood cable

Told by sales representative the pre-owned car we were purchasing was serviced. Brake fluid was half empty. All fluids needed topped off except for oil. I asked to speak with an owner or manager...all were out for the day. The secretary assured me I would receive a call the next morning. No-one ever returned my call. The service man in charge is professional & we appreciate his service. The front door secretary was very friendly, fresh coffee & freshly popped popcorn was available & they didn't mind that I brought my Boston Terrier inside with me to wait for repairs.

We drove 4 hours to get there and had the best experience ever. Lisa was a great saleslady and put a hold on our vehicle until we could get there, they make you feel like family there and Chris finished the deal with ease, we would drive 4 hours again without thinking about it. 5***** stars

Called the service center while traveling to a KOA near their dealership. They squeezed in my truck on a Friday to look at an air intake issue. Kept me informed & was able to get me back on the road the same day. Jesse & the technician were honest & professional. They provided me a ride to & from the KOA. The driver was friendly & suggested places of interest.

We chose to drive an hour to shop with there. Called before we left and the nice salesman put the car we wanted on hold for us. Got there, test drove it by ourselves (no in car sales pitch! Time to speak openly with hubby!) And decided to buy. Gave us very fair offer on our trade in. Only complaint is their lender Old National is indeed old school and slow, but if you need a different vehicle go see Troy. He's great!
