We were passing through town with our RV (Casey is delightful BTW!) and having trouble with the battery draining in our Cevy Equinox tow vehicle despite having a charging cable system. J+K Mitchell Chevrolet immediately squeezed us into their busy schedule, checked our battery and tested for any ghost draw. The information they provided was really useful. What a great dealership to work with! No pressure, no rush, everything up front. Went to test drive a car, and an hour later we were driving it home. Chad Claypool is easy to work with, friendly and honest. The service department is great also! This is our 3rd vehicle from JK Mitchell.

Although e visited after hours, the sales associate we worked with on a fallow up call was helpful and did some research for us. The return call was prompt and honest with the information on a used vehicle we were interested in.
