In April of this year, I had Patriot Towing of Washington, Missouri tow my 2014 Audi Q7—an inherited vehicle from my late uncle—to West County Audi for service. Within one week, I spent $4,800 getting the car back into shape. However, as I drove away, I noticed the windshield had been cracked. I immediately sent photos to the general manager and service team, including images from Patriot Towing showing the car before and after drop-off. I was recently giving strong consideration to an RS e-tron GT and there were none in STL. I found a few leftover 2025 models scattered across the country that interested me. Bommarito had an S on their floor and, I went in to check out the interior. Kayla introduced herself and was pleased to show me the car even though I was not interested that particular trim. Instead of having to buy what I wanted out of state, Kayla and Casey traded their model for the one I wanted in Houston.
