Take 5 Oil Change

Awesome experience everytime I get my oil changed here! Fantastic service, friendly employees, and they're honest! They don't find "add ons" to upcharge you for something that doesn't need replacing! But will recommend changing air filters, oil plugs, etc if needed! This past visit Triston and manager Jay were extremely professional, and took care of my vehicle in under 20 minutes (they had to vac the oil from the top because my oil plug was kind of stuck on there, and he didn't want to strip it and cause a leak) which was much appreciated! Way to go Jay and Triston- 5 ⭐s!

Take 5 Oil Change… more like take 5 stars! This place is a little hard to see off the road because it’s small but this is the place to go for a quick oil change. The place is very clean and well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They offered cold waters and snacks for the little one. They were never pushy about upgrades or added services. You want to relax in your car while they work on it? They want you to, too! No more sitting in weird waiting rooms on gross chairs. This place is fast and efficient and reasonably priced. This also a veteran friendly establishment and offered 25% off at the time of this review. I’ve been here twice and can’t recommend enough. Convenient location, great service, affordable prices, friendly helpful staff (not trying to pull the wool over the customers eyes like many in the auto industry). My first visit to Take 5 was truly exceptional. The customer service was outstanding. I received a complimentary water bottle and goldfish for my son. The staff were courteous, efficient, and respectful, avoiding excessive solicitation. I highly recommend their services, rating this experience 10/10.

The boys (and I only call them boys because they are younger than me lol) at Take 5 were fantastic! I was amazed by the customer service I received. They topped off my coolant, filled my very empty windshield washer fluid, and washed my front windshield when they changed my oil. All the extras were provided to me at no additional cost! I was in and out in no time at all and they didn’t push the most expensive package on me either. I was able to purchase what I needed and was even guided to a coupon on their website. I will definitely be back!
