So we reached out to @John Gough at Bommarito in Ellisville about a car on the weekend and he responded to all my questions even though he wasn’t working. When we got there the following day to look at the car John had the car detailed and ready to test drive. He was kind and took time to tell us all about the car. We ended up not buying that car but he did find us another car on the lot that we did love. He was helpful and the overall sale was easy, not fast lol, no car purchase is but we were treated with respect and that’s important. John made the process enjoyable. I hate dealerships most of the time, sales pressure, high numbers. But I have to say, I had the best experience when finding a vehicle that I really wanted at Bommarito. I messaged John from his FB post, we stayed in co tact for over a week about the vehicle I wanted from their used car inventory. We lived over 2 hours away, but communication, vehicle history and disclosures, and the overall condition of the used vehicle I chose, was top notch. They worked with our budget, the vehicle was impressive for a used car. If you find something you like here, you won't go wrong in dealing with their dealership. If I should ever need another vehicle, I will be looking at their inventory first. It was worth the drive.

I found a truck on Cargurus at this dealership. Contacted Salesman John Gough and from the very start, it was a very pleasurable and informative conversation. He wanted to lay eyes on the truck personally before having us drive for 45 min to the dealership. It was at their other dealership for inspection due to their lift being able to accommodate the truck, it was a Ram 3500 Dually. He verified the truck was indeed at their dealership and we went look at it. During the test drive, John knew everything about the truck, the amenities, the inner workings, history of the truck, etc. It was a great experience start to finish! John Gough was very understanding, easygoing and easy to work with! he worked with me and was very patient, he made sure i got the best deal and so on! i highly recommend him! also everyone in the dealership was super laid back and very friendly and professional!
